Kids Central Head Start Program

Serves Wise and Dickenson Counties and the city of Norton with child development programs for children from birth to age five.

Promotes academic, social and emotional development for income-eligible families.  In addition, the program provides healthy and nutritious meals, direct social services, and referrals to other agencies for the entire family.  Transportation is provided to and from the program centers during the regular academic calendar.
